St. Paul Columbarium

Project Challenge

Complete the improvements within the published schedule to minimize the impact on family accessibility to their loved ones.

Phase 1 included expansion of the columbarium niches by 264, decorative perimeter fencing and gates, landscaping, sprinkler system, washed aggregate sidewalks, altar relocation, cross sculpture, lighting, convenience power, drainage system expansion, and inspection and repair of existing niches and walls.

Phase 2 included expansion of the columbarium niches by 864 within the twelve existing horizontal garden footprints as well as 7 new niches to complete a perimeter wall. A total of 871 new niches were added. The horizontal garden landscaping was restored.
